Welcome to Unique Girls Hostel – Your 2nd Home!
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before confirming your stay.

1. Admission & Booking

• Admission is granted based on availability and submission of valid documents (CNIC, passport-size photo, and university/job verification).

• Booking is confirmed only after full payment of the admission fee + first month’s rent.

• Security deposit of Rs. 5,000 is refundable at checkout, subject to any deductions.

2. Hostel Rules

• Only female residents are allowed.

• Visitors (including parents) are allowed only in the visitor area during designated hours.

• Male visitors are strictly not allowed inside residential floors.

3. Monthly Payments

• Rent is due by the 5th of every month. Late payments will incur a daily fine of Rs. 100.

• Meal and utility services will be paused after 10 days of non-payment.

4. Security & Conduct

• Any kind of misbehavior, substance abuse, or violation of hostel rules will result in immediate expulsion without refund.

• Residents are responsible for their belongings. Management is not liable for theft/loss.

• Damage to property (beds, furniture, appliances) will be charged accordingly.

5. Facilities Use

• Wi-Fi is provided for educational and communication purposes only.

• AC/heaters/coolers are allowed only as per policy and timings (extra charges may apply).

• Laundry, cleaning, and filtered water facilities are subject to hostel timings and availability.

6. Check-Out Policy

• Minimum one week prior notice is required before check-out.

• Security refund will be processed within 7 days of vacating the hostel.

• No refund of admission fee once the resident checks in.

7. Emergency & Contact

• In case of emergency, residents must inform management immediately.

• Parents/guardians are required to stay in contact for updates regarding their daughter’s stay.

Management Reserves the Right to:

• Modify rules and pricing without prior notice.

• Take disciplinary action if any term is violated.
